About Me

Hello! I am beyond excited start this school year. This is my fifth year at Fork Shoals. I have taught fifth grade for six years. Prior to that, I taught fourth grade and second grade. Fifth Graders are my favorite! This is my twelve year of teaching all together. 

I am a native to Greenville. I went to Mauldin High School and also went to college in South Carolina. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Education. I love cheering for the Gamecocks!


I am married to a wonderful man named Dan Johnson. We have been married for four years. When I am not teaching, I enjoy traveling with Dan, reading, cooking, and spending time with my niece and nephews.

Although I love traveling to new place, my favorite place of all is Greenville, SC. My most favorite things to do are teaching and learning. Here is a picture of my husband and me in downtown Greenville.
